What we built

  • We mapped each process step by step and separated the steps an agent can do from the decisions a person has to make.
  • Agents do the steps, with scoped tools and permissions. People approve the decisions and anything that cannot be undone.
  • An evaluation set built from the client's own past cases checks every prompt or model change before it goes live.
  • Cost per run is tracked from the first day, so the saving is measured, not estimated.
