## What we built

-   We mapped each process step by step and separated the steps an agent can do from the decisions a person has to make.
-   Agents do the steps, with scoped tools and permissions. People approve the decisions and anything that cannot be undone.
-   An evaluation set built from the client's own past cases checks every prompt or model change before it goes live.
-   Cost per run is tracked from the first day, so the saving is measured, not estimated.

## The result

The processes run three times faster and cost 40% less than they did before. The people who ran them now spend their time on the decisions instead of the steps.
